Gather… 

We can use your plans from the original build,  photos, and any sketches you might have. Depending on when your home was originally built, copies of the plans are sometimes on file with the city or county. We can help you inquire and obtain them if they are available. If the original plans are not available, we can recreate your original home from information and imagery from, county assessor's records, title reports, photos, Google Earth and Google Street View, as close as we possibly can.

Design…

Using all the gathered information, we start designing your home. We work closely with you, and with the local building and planning departments, to ensure that your  home meets your needs, while complying with current local codes and design standards for your community.

Construction Documents and Permitting…

We  crate all the plans, technical drawings, details, schedules, and specifications that it will take to make sure your home is built properly.

We submit your plans to the city or county agencies and  see your project all the way through the process to get your plans "permit-ready."

Procurement…

We  obtain bids from General Contractors. Once bids are obtained, we help you choose the right contractor for your home rebuild. We have relationships with multiple General Contractors and can make a recommendation based on the design and materials of your home. Or you can choose your own contractor. 

Build…

During construction, we will be right there with you to communicate with the contractor on your behalf, assist with any decision making that may be needed, review contractor submittals, and observe the construction to ensure that your home is built according to the plans and specifications. We then provide all close-out documentation that may be required by the city or county, 

so you can get started moving back in!!!.
